Therapeutic Massage training at IBMC College in Greeley, CO

Philosophy:

I believe different people seek out massage for different reasons and it is my intention to cater to each person's individual needs. I believe massage and bodywork can be extremely beneficial for everyone, wether you are recovering from an injury, managing stress, or proactively implementing it into your health care routine. 

Why I do what I do:
I saw many examples of the benefits of manual therapy in my first career as a Physical Therapist Assistant. However, after battling my own health crisis I got a first hand look at just how therapeutic massage therapy and bodywork truly is. I have always been drawn to careers that promote healthy living and with massage therapy I feel like I can make a greater impact on my community's health and well being. 

Interests:

I enjoy reading and being outdoors as well as spending time with my friends, family, and pets.
